Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time:
Standard delivery to the USA & Canada takes approximately 12–15 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Partners:
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Charges:
USA: Free standard shipping on all orders.
Canada: Flat-rate shipping fee (displayed at checkout).
🔁 7-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your leather. If something isn’t right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process:
Contact our support team at info@leatherthrone.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
